Tip 'collars'Posted by BimboGeri on August 26, 2001 at 13:17:42: In reply to: to Anne Beltestad posted by Rosemary on August 26, 2001 at 00:57:41: I actually have collars which hold the tip in the bag - it has twoplastic parts, one that screws over the other, both of which are hollow. You attach them like this: You push the metal tip down into the bottom of the icing bag, so that it is sticking out through the hole in the bottom. You then place the inner part of the collar inside the tip. It is longer and a bit wider than the tip itself, so that it sticks up a bit into the bag, bit sits tight in the tip. The screw on part of the collar is then screwed on *outside* the bag, holding the tip totally tight in the bag! Voila! My mum gets hers from a cake decorating store near us - try the yellow pages or the net I guess, sorry I don't know any actual sites! BimboGxx
