Transfer questions

My first henna tattoo was done at a tattoo convention in Green Bay,WI. The lady who did it used a design and transferred it to my arm
and put the henna over it. It turned out very nicely! HOW DID SHE
DO THAT!!! When I got my permanent tattoo, the guy used the same
thing. I would like to start henna tattooing, and while I think I
can handle abstract designs, if someone wants something specific
(like an angry duck haha), I may need the help of a transfer like
this. Does anyone use this method? Please do tell!
