Jamila Is Great For Hair!Posted by Natalie on September 7, 2001 at 21:50:16: In reply to: anyone used jamilla henna to dye their hair? posted by Anne on September 6, 2001 at 15:12:11: When I hennaed my hair with Jamila I did get an orange stain aroundthe hair line. It washed away after two washings. Some hair hennas like Light Mountain I never got a hair line stain with. To prevent it you could use some vaseline around your hairline, just don't get any on your hair. You can also use a strip of cotton to catch any henna that runs out of your cap. I hennaed my hair and my sisters with Jamila. I got lots of red highlights that were dark cherry. My sisters hair turned brilliant firey red inside and outdoors. Use a hair dryer with your cap ( but be careful it doesn't melt.) Heat makes it better. Natalie
