right now you can find black lighting in xmas light strands in target...

and gave us light to work under. the black light type would make the
white in your sign glow. i have a black fabric sign that has copper
letters that i just out-lined in white sparkle paint and i did henna
designs on it in the same paint. it is a little weird looking but i
keep it a little inside and with the black lights it really stands
