tape and ziploc baggie cone problem

When I put the tape down the inside vertical seam, it has been coming
loose, and then coming down the cone and clogging it!!! I'm using
regular Scotch brand "Magic" tape.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?
