CCJ said you could go about: this two ways. One, do the design on tracing paper, wet the skin and : apply. I have had difficulty doing this. It always tends to get : smuged. First, you can do this with just plain ol Crayola watercolor pencils and regular copier, or computer printer paper. I've tried this, the trick is to not get the skin too wet. Just wet a papertowel in the corner (not dripping wet!!) get the skin a lil wet, then press it on there frimly for a few seconds. :The other was to mark directly on the skin. I would like to : know how you are accomplising this. I resorted back to charcoal. I haven't tried this for Henna, but have tried to draw on myself with watercolor pencils before and it is NOT easy. You have to constantly keep the tip of the pencil wet, but not too wet, and end up poking or pulling the skin more than is really worth the time. Or... if its too wet, it just smears and runs all over the place. Another thing I read and tried is an inkpen on tracing paper. You trace the design you want in ink on a piece of tracing paper, cut it out, ONLY DAMPEN the skin with alcohol (again too much will smear it.) and press the paper down a firmly for a few seconds. Peel it off and the lines are right there on the skin. I think the major key is to just get it damp, not dripping... experiment with the wetness... I like to get the corner of a papertowel just wet... then wipe it over the skin and lay down the design. Works great for me. Hope that helped!
