That was an agreement that many of us reached quite a while back, to help anser the numerous OT questions that pop up. Only a person with postlog access can find out who the "info goddess" is each time. That is how the occasional "bogus" info goddesses can be caught if someone is misusing the name "info goddess" (and this has happened!). There are rules for using "info goddess". "Info Goddess" is only supposed to quickly refer an O/T query to a correct url. Nothing else.
