I'm really really new....

I have been reading a little of the forum today and decided to
introduce myself. Maureen told me about this wonderful place and so
I will be lurking a bit while I try to learn about henna. Be
prepared for questions!! (those will come when I know enough to know
what to ask!!)
The first qustion is for those that have arthritis or carpal
tunnel.... What method do you use to least aggravate the problems
that causes? I may as well do most of my learning in a way that
will not aggravate that pain. Thanks for any help you can give!!
