I started with caj...played for a minute with the others and went back to caj. Given the number of powders I played with with the caj and without it, the thing that stood out for me regarding the demise of stain is that the there was more a correlation between a specific henna powder with caj and the same henna powder without caj than there was between henna powder in general with terps and henna powder in general without terps. Hope that made some kind of sense. Example: Moroccan has a quicker demise than many other powders. So the demise of Moroccan with caj was not very noticeable...quick demise with or without and just disappeared like only Moroccan seems to do. Jamila and Navaid's both with and without caj is a slower demise and the caj did not appear to hasten it more than three days or so. But the demise was slow and color changes went on and on for both terped and nonterped until it was finally gone. The powders that went to near black on my palms, side of foot and bottom of foot (Navaid, Kimia (Iranian), Mazaya and Sharkiyya), the demise is quite slow with and without the terps. The difference with the terps seemed to have more to do with how dark dark dark the stain was. I only use about 15 drops of caj in my paste. With the amount of sugar I add to the paste, 20 drops made the paste two thin for me. I have used as little as 12 drops. But 15 drops is the amount that I have been the most satisfied with based upon stain results and the results of the oil on my paste consistency. Maureen
