She's hennaed and harquused. The Virgin Warrior goddess, Anath, had consorts, and hennaed and harquused, but was not ever pregnant. There are some "mother" goddesses, who were depicted as hennaed, but not pregnant when depicted, that were hung over the beds of women giving birth. There are pregnant figures from Catal Huyuk which I'm fairly certain were hennaed, but it's difficult to prove such. Their hands and feet were removable (and long since removed at this point) and this would imply that something was done to them when they were removed. Henna is plausible in this case. Not proveable though.
