Really! You don't have to lemon/sugar, never any smudges and the paste stays perfectly in place. The girls can continue their evening with very little interference and even sleep with the tape in place. Tomorrow they will unwrap and be surprised, think christmas or easter eggs, they don't know what's under neath and it's always exciting to unwrap. With the tape there is never any bleeding, dislodging or smearing. It is THE answer for me. Once the initial application dries, 20 minutes or so, with limited time sometimes I'll pull out a blow dryer and ask the girls to dry it for a few minutes. This adds a boost of heat, they focus on what it is for a few minutes and speeds along the drying time greatly lowering the chance for smears. Once it is dried to the touch bandage it up. The tape is fabulous for feet, ankles, legs, hands, wrists and lower arms. It doesn't seem to work to well for backs and shoulders and upper arms. Do you have flyers with instructions, a brief history/definition AND your CONTACT info.? If not, make them up immediately. You don't need to worry about business cards this way, everyone walks out with your number and clear instructions of what to do with the henna paste. They aren't trying to remember the 12 steps of henna and can enjoy watching you work knowing they have instructions to refer to later. And, someone mentioned this allready, look through your patterns. I'd remove the really time consuming designs. Inevitably someone will want the entire bridal do and just won't take no for an answer. You end up looking kind of mean and they are unhappy. It's better to limit choices somewhat at an event like this I've found. But, whether you walk in super prepared or with just a cone of henna it will be fun and surprising. I'm doing a baby shower tomorrow night so I am going through many of the preparation concerns you are right now as well. Tell us a story when you get back! Jessica
