Yes...we did the same places...If I am to do an area like a leg, should that area be scrubbed
first? We are doing a tattoo booth at a faire, so is there anyway to
make it work more consistantly? I don't want to have someone pay for
an elaborate design and then not have it come out...you know what I
mean?
