I've been doing henna for a couple years now and I'm considering starting my own business. I'm planning to cater toward private events as well as working at festivals and shows. Are there any sort of permits that I'll need to obtain to run my own henna business? Thank you.

Where I am, there are no permits but I must register my business for income tax. If I don't and am caught running the business without it being registered I get a huge fine. You might also want to look into insurance (sometimes it's needed other times no). If you let us know where you're located one of the other artists might be able to help you out more.
