As a Supplier listed on The Henna Page, I affirm that:

I sell NO product containing para-phenylenediamine, PPD, in any form for use on skin.  I will not sell or use any product containing any other azine black dye, including Nigrosine or “Acid black 2”. 
I sell 100% pure natural henna.

My pre-mixed henna pastes and oils have ALL ingredients prominently listed on my website by the product.  My clients will know precisely what they are purchasing to put on their skin.  All other products to be used on skin also have complete ingredient listing on my website.  I am specific in my ingredient listings: I do not use general terms such as “blends” or “pigments”, I list precisely what is in the products for the safety of my clients.

I ship orders within 2 business days from receipt of payment, no excuses.

If a client is dissatisfied with their order, they will receive prompt exchange or refund, no excuses.

I will display, publish, offer for sale or otherwise distribute only my own copyrighted artwork, photographs, designs, text or other printed manufactured or electronically published material, material legitimately purchased for purpose of resale, or material on which they have secured the copyright holder’s permission for display or distribution.

I will never send unsolicited commercial e-mail, or make excessive unsolicited commercial posts or disruptive posts to any newsgroup, Internet forum or list, or continue to make such posts after being requested to cease by the forum, group or list manager. 

I use no part of any other individual’s, group’s, or other business entity’s name, trademark or other identifying image or text as part of their own physical or electronic publications without the express written permission of the owner or original user of the identifying name or image, including use as part of a Website name or URI.

I do not display, publish, offer for sale or otherwise distribute only their own copyrighted artwork, photographs, designs, text or other printed manufactured or electronically published material, material legitimately purchased for purpose of resale, or material on which they have secured the copyright holder’s permission for display or distribution.

I have been in business as a henna supplier for a minimum of two years.

I have a website that clearly shows the products I sell.

I have an email address easily available for people to contact me about business matters and I will promptly answer these emails.

I have a phone number listed where people can contact me.

I have a street address listed where people can verify that I have a legal business. 

As of 2004, I will not sell products termed “colored henna”.  Henna does NOT come in colors. 
If my ad is accepted and is subsequently found to be in violation of any of these requirements, I understand that my ad will be removed and no refund will be given.

Clients will confidently use the Henna Page artists' resource list if they feel that they can rely on the people listed to sell them good quality traditional henna, full disclosure of ingredients, and to have ethical business practices.

If you wish to be in the "where" Henna Page suppliers list, section or keep your name in place, we need: 

1. Your name and location, address and phone number 

2. Email contact 

3. A link to your website 

4. Do you want a banner?

5) Do you want us to create a banner for you?
 

"One line and link" for supplier's listings will be $250.  This is a "one time" fee, but I'll contact you once a year to make sure you're still in business, and that your business informaton is the same.  There will be a $10 charge for updating information.

If you want a banner ad, we will post your banner for an additional $250.  Banner size is 525 x 125 if you wish to create it yourself. 

If you want a banner ad, and want us to create the banner, there will be a $25 fee for creation. Contact me for specific information on banner creation. 

These fees will fund the maintenance of Henna Page.
