is indigo similiar if not the same as henna just a different color? Is it from a different plant??? Can it be mixed and applied the same way?

They are completely different:
different plant
different preparation
different technique!

I accdently mixed my indigo with the henna. It has been sitting in the refridgerator for over twelve hours. What will happen if I use it?

both are plants but different plants: Indygo is indigoferia tinctoria plant and henna is lawsonia intremis plant. Both are Used for dying hair. Henna has got more red shades and Indygo is ble shade. Yes U can mix henna with indygo - depends which color U wanan get - if more cold and darker - use more indygo then henna.
