You can get liquid latex from the link below....as well as primo henna and other excellent supplies. You can also get liquid latex from
costume supply places, as Klingons use it to secure their foreheads
and strippers use it to secure their pasties.

We did a lot of work with NS, liquid latex and other wraps at Sirius
Rising and Starwood.....here's comparisons and results.
Liquid latex has these advantages: Liquid latex is lightweight and relatively comfortable in places where
 wraps would be cumbersome.
It will conform to any body part.....pregnant bellies, boobies, buns,
 necks, shoulders.......
 It is fairly inexpensive.
It does not attract bees, wasps, yellowjackets or ants as a sugar coat
 would do.
The application is quicker than a sugar coat.
On a HOT day, if you wrap dry henna with a tp/clingwrap/tape wrap
halfway up an arm and latex the other half.....there is absolutely no
difference in the resulting color of henna. The results may be
different under cooler conditions as the buildup of heat is one of the
 chief reasons to wrap.
If you New Skin and then latex over it, the precision of design is
 excellent.
If you smoosh your latex it is more apt to peal the henna and latex
together than smearing the henna....unless you try to latex and then
put on your shoes (not good....)
If you henna a boob, latex and let it dry, you can put a bra back on
 and wear it all day.
If you latex a navel henna, and let it dry, you can pull loose
clothing on over it and walk around.
 Removal is easy.....just peal.
The down side of liquid latex: Some people are horribly allergic to latex! ASK!!!!!!!
If you henna on a hairy place, the latex is hopeless. When you peal
off the latex, all your fur will come off with it. Did you know you
have little hairs on your fingers? You will when you peal off your
 latex.
Liquid latex loves to jump onto clothing...and never leaves. Unless
you are extraordinarilly tidy, you may never get through a full day
latexing without killing your clothing with a slop or spill.
If you don't NS first, your lines will be fuzzy, or your henna may get
 lifted up with the latex.
If you are a restless sleeper, the latex will end up in a suprising
 and inexplicable spot by morning.
The pealing is very attractive to some people, who may not leave it
alone long enough to get a good take.
If it's on the palm of your hand, and you close your hand, it will
adhere to itself and make a mess.
If you latex a navel, you cannot zip up your jeans and drive
off in your car....the latex will fold up at your middle and spoil
 everything.
It may be best for interior, non folding body parts....When fully hennaed and latexed, you can actually walk around comfortably, put on
another video, get a bite to eat...that sort of thing.
