: Anne, who doesn't understand what makes one colour of something more : fun than another . . . I don't understand this either. I happen to love the natural color of henna and much prefer it to black. I was approached once by a tattoo artist and asked to do henna in his shop. He said he'd been getting lots of calls for henna and that's why he wanted a henna artist. I thought this was great until I found out that he really didn't know a thing about henna. When he saw my natural colored henna design on my foot (which was a beautiful shade of deep chestnut) he frowned and said, "Nobody is going to want THAT color." and told me if I expected to do any business that I'd have to do black and colored henna. Then he told me he'd never seen henna in that color when I told him it was natural henna, that all he'd ever seen on people was black and colored. And what is more, he told me that people would never let that stuff stay on for hours (when I explained the process) he told me "you'll have to do something about that." Needless to say, I didn't feel very comfortable about working for him!
