In the book "Wild Color" (sorry can't think of the author) they have
a whole page devoted to dyeing with henna. They say you can only get
a khaki brown, but the pictures of power on the left side of the page
look like they've had exposure to moisture or light, i.e. very brown,
not very green, so maybe that's why there's not such a orangish
color. I copied down the important info somewhere, and when I unearth
it i'll post the basic info for dyeing wool w/henna.
