You don't need to keep it in the refrigerator but it is a good idea to
keep over night outside (covered) or at least for few hours.About
how much water you should add depends what ingridents are in it. Some
packs soak more water then others. I can only tell that start
from 1:1 ratio. the mixture should be thick not the runny.You could
