When I have talked to people that have tried henna and ended up with
virtually no stain, there has been one common problem: They forgot to
let the mixture "set" overnight(or at least several hours), before
applying it.
Did you let the mixture sit before using it, or did you use it right
away? Also, how long did you leave it on the skin?
Were you in a warm climate, was the skin warm? There can be so many
reasons for no staining.
Are you sure the henna you used was fresh?
