I haven't tried wax, but there was a discussion about it recently in
the Forum. I have tried using first aide tape and I'm not sure I
would do it again. I used it to make a design around my ankle, and
the tape made walking rather uneasy. (But wrapping my ankle with
cotton and plastic wrap doesn't.) I had a little trouble getting all
the stickyness of the tape off of my skin, too.
