Wrapping and moisturizing

If you were to do mehndi on someone's shoulder, or other place it'd
be tricky to wrap, how would you wrap it? Is there a certain way to
wrap with cotton balls and plastic wrap to leave on overnight? (I
really can't imagine how you'd do it... I think it would take a lot
of cotton) Or do you just spray on New Skin and wear a warm jacket?
(whatever works?)

Also, on moisturizing: how long are you supposed to apply oil or
lemon-sugar, and what do you find as the best way to do it? I'm
thinking along the lines of an eyedropper or paintbrush, but I'm not
sure which would be more workable.
