Ver sorry, didn't mean to offend you. Images of "Pashupathi" are
exactly the same as those of Shiva so it is believed that Pashupathi
is the original name of Shiva. Are there references to PAshupathi in
earlier works? If I am correct there have been statues of Pashupathi
excavated from the ruins of the Indus Valley civilization.
