Every time I have done someones chest or neck area it has turned out
pretty light. If not orange then light brown. I think it would help
to go over it again. You might want to try the paper tape or
bandaging tape you can find with the bandaids at the drug store, They
are nicer on your skin. Or an ace bandage depending on what area
you're wrapping.
