Yay... got the NS today. I can see where you'd want to ventilate like
crazy whilst using it, though I actually rather like the clove smell
(but you wouldn't want to breathe it, 'tis true.) I did a patch test
to see how it comes off. Petroleum jelly either takes it off or makes
it nice and pliable; it seems to rapidly stiffen the skin, and
vaseline stops the petrifying effect (but might compromise NS
coverage and henna color, since it also is my new fave method to
remove the dried goo in the morning. i guess i'll just have to do
some more mehndi and play with this stuff... oh, shucks! :) Olive
oil, same dif, not sure if it removes it or just makes it vastly more
comfortable (probably both!) I couldn't get TP to sit in place long
enough to try the rip-away method, but I was also doing Spanish
homework at the time, go figure. (it's not distraction, it's
multitasking!) After finals I'll have significantly more playtime and
maybe be able to condense everyone's tips (w/ permission of course)
into an online NewSkin factsheet. How's that sound?
