I thought perhaps my reaction to the camphor was due to placeing it
directly on my skin ( not a good idea to begin with )and that maybe
in paste it wouldn't hurt.
Since my post I read camphor can give bad headaches if inhaled for a
long period of time. On second thought I'm going to leave it alone.
I've always used heat and wraps.
