Pointing in the right direction

Here's a compass to show me the way. I love compass designs, and I'm
sure there are dozens out there. This is the simplest design of one
that I know (other than 2 crossing lines with an arrow pointing up, of
course). I figure since I'm moving soon, this is symbolic of the move
and change in direction... (I'm quitting work, not transferring, I'm
swear to myself I'm going to pick a job that I will enjoy...)
