One of the super-fine emory boards (or "nail smoothers") meant for
reducing ridges also works - at least on toenails. I don't think I'd
trust myself with a razor, especially with my off-hand.
Hope the hospital work is going well. Sorry you have to deal with
bland fingernails! Need some mini-stickers as temps?
