It just seems so obvious -- why didn't I think of this before? Heat,
keep things warm --- isn't that what I've been hearing all along?

The last time I tried using plastic wrap (a couple years ago), it was
on my palm (during the heat of Sept), and the sweat that generated
overnight was amazing...and the result was a very gooey, smeary mess -
-with a very smeary stain. And it never occured to me that plastic
might be useful for the less effusive places (backs of hands, tops of
feet, tummies).

So I'm feeling humbled and awed by the power of heat...and plastic t
retain that heat...
