I think it is... the stuff seems to be so fresh. I bought some in
December and I still got awesome color two weeks ago (keeping it in
the freezer of course.) But now I think it's too used up and tired to
do anything but hair with.
If you don't do it that often, you might not want to get a whole
kilo... 100g lasted me three months of admittedly infrequent work.
