If you have a freezer with lots of room, go for a kilo (2 kilos is
probably too much and you should be able to get wholesale for a kilo)
It lasts for at least 6 months in the freezer and probably longer.
About your book idea -- that sounds AWESOME!! Esp. the fieldwork part.
Don't think anyone else is doing that -- actually going into the
villages and asking people what it means to them. If you can swing a
break from your studies (which given your field might not be so easy),
it would probably not only yield an amazing book, but be one of those
life-changing-enriching experiences. On the other hand, if you have
to wait for awhile until your degree is finished, then the book will
wait for you. No one else will be able to write it. And I for one,
will wait (albeit impatiently...) for as long as you need...
Will you sign my copy?
