I will then explain WHY traditional areas work best (just to prove I
know my stuff) and explain to them that I could have just as easily
TAKEN thier money and done the job, no questions asked.

Then I will explain to them my rules of integrity. Or as we call it in
the customer service world - "managing customer expectation".

I cannot in good concience apply henna to someone who is expecting:
A: Black Henna
B: Chocolate Dark stains on nacks, necks, faces.
C: The mythical "3 month tattoo"

If what I tell them about the best areas, expectations and false rumor
STILL does not sway thier decision, I will sometimes refuse the work
rather than have a totally pissed off customer. When I explain to them
WHY I am refusing thier work, that gets thier attention!!

Sometimes I lose them, sometimes I educate them. Honestly, some people
believe EVERYTHING they hear and it is our job to do damage control.
