I went to the Brooklyn zoo with my sister-in-law (who is an amazing
athlete) and at the python exhibit they had a full-length infrared
imaging panel -- so you could see how the python "sees" you...my
sister-in-law was fully and clearly defined in bright glowing red. I
had several cold spots that didn't show up at all....

So athletes will take henna darker...but they're also more "visible"
to pythons...
