I prefer the syringes. I use the glue syringe with the bent tip. It
is less of a hassle in that you don't have to roll cones all the time
but the paste has to be really smooth or you will get a lot of
clogs. Also there is a little time delay in pushing down on the
plunger and the paste flowing out but I go slow so it doesn't matter
for me. The biggest advantage is that you can keep the syringe in
the fridge for a month and the paste doesn't go bad.
