the rubber band trick. I take it you put a rubber band around the
wrist. Is this so you can have a guide to mark with pen or do you
leave it to make an impression on the skin. What a cleaver thing .I
must have missed this one before.Please let me know any helpful hints
so I dont cut off anyones circulation!

: So over the last week and a half or so, I've been trying this on
several people, and it works every time.

: Get a bunch of different size bottles, lids an even a short plastic
ruler. Most of these I already have in my kit!

: When you want a guideline on thier skin, take a washable marker and
color in the lip of the bottle, or a section of the ruler. Puff a
little steamy hot breath on it to moisten it, and press it onto the
skin.

: Works to help find the center of a palm, or start a mandala, or get
that impossibly straight line around a wrist. Though the rubber band
trick works just as well for that!
