Anna's right. You shouldn't be putting more than a drop or two of
essential oils in your henna, especially if you are applying it to
strangers. Nobody wants to be sued.
Besides, henna has a sunscreening effect, which would probably cancel
out any danger from a tiny amount of oil. Just ask anyone who's gone
to a fair and come back with a lovely sun-induced "negative" of their
design.
