How do I use the hectograph pencils?

Hi There,
a little while back Willowhawk recommended getting hectograph pencils
from Huck Spaulding. I ordered them and they came within the week.
I also got their special tracing paper (50 sheets for 7 bucks). Now
the big question is: After I draw the design on the tracing paper,
how do I transfer it to my skin. Help!
