Accept Credit Cards?

Does anyone accept credit cards for their henna work? What is
involved in setting that up? There are a lot of spam mails about
accepting Visa/MC -- is there something I should watch out for? I
have been resisting dealing with credit cards, but I'm thinking since
we're doing so many fairs this summer maybe I should take the plunge.
