I agree with you about the spam regarding credit cards. It's awful.
I found a really good company whose rates are pretty reasonable (they
are all pretty much the same but some are more so than others). The
company is intelicharge (www.intelicharge.com). So far I have been
happy with them. I get paid promptly, returns are simple, their phone
menu is easy to follow, etc.
