Zubeda Henna and Turpinol?

My aunt gave me a package of Zubeda Henna from Pakistan she was givin
by a friend from Pakistan who regularly does henna art. The package
says contains Turpinol (M.U. Grade). I was concerned about the safety
of the terpinol so I haven't used it yet. The other ingredients
listed are Citric Acid (Mono Hydrat), Natural Hina, Plastic cone,
Stick and Design. There is a mini book of instructions and designs.
The henna powder smells through the plastic wraping although it is
kaki colored. The turpinol oil is in a little plastic pouch at the
corner there is a picture of a blue and white checked table cloth and
a piece of bread and swiss cheese.( I thought that was odd.)The
instructions say to use six hours after mixing, so they aren't
claiming instant results and it implys you are supose to mix the oil
with the entire package of henna. You think the terpinol is safe?
