Travel time for parties, cost?

I've been asked to do a party that's about 2 hours away from me. How
much should I charge extra? I'd be away from home for enough time to
have to eat a meal away, too. I'm thinking $40 extra if I can eat at
the party, $55 if not. Is this reasonable?
