J-Bottles...Fill'n em up

Any suggestions on how I can mix paste and have an easy time
putting the paste into a J-Bottle with a 1/4 top.
I can do it but it is the hardist part of the whole process. I
gotta squeeze the bottle then release it at the same time I am
putting in the paste so it is sucked in when I release the bottle.
It takes me 20min to mix then 1hr to load then 1 staight jacket
and a rubber room.
