Carrot bags!!! I use them to fill my j-bottles, just cut a larger- than-normal opening and whoosh! It's easy! You can also use pastry/frosting bags (I got a super-cheap one that has a long narrow tip that fits right in the bottle!) or even ziplock baggies (put all the paste into one corner, then snip the corner and squeeze) but it's hard to find ones that have "normal" corners and aren't pleated. You could also roll a cone out of plastic to fill the j-bottle, just cut a big tip so you get more henna "flow." Zimra
