I think you can draw the designs yourself using a cone or jaquard
fabric painting bottle with a little effort and practice. You can
use some old henna paste on a paper towel to practice on. I've also
heard of folks practicing on fruit to get the feel of working 3-D.

Working freehand also enables you to express your creativity more
productively, which for me is what this artform is all about!
