EOs a concern

Reading the posts of everyone about the EOs I am just a little
concerned. I do not know much about them but 40 drop or 3 mls gosh
isn't that rather a lot for one cone.

When i use EOs (in the girls bath sometimes) i use 6 drops max. Here
we are using 15+ in one henna mix (1 henna cone for me)

Can someone who knows about EOs re-assure me that it is not too much
and there are no contra-indications please.
