Wanton use is not advised. That said, knowledgable use can bring about remarkable results in many areas- henna use, aromatherapy, skincare and so on. Further down the page, with the posts dated on the 25th of July, I put up two posts that link to some excellent sites that detail the use and safety of most all of the oils mentioned here, plus a number of other oils, and a few sites that list the chemical constituents of oils. Use these to ease your concerns and experience what nature and chemistry can add to your henna experience. Do I sound like an ad brochure or what?! peace & henna! niko : Reading the posts of everyone about the EOs I am just a little : concerned. I do not know much about them but 40 drop or 3 mls gosh : isn't that rather a lot for one cone. : : When i use EOs (in the girls bath sometimes) i use 6 drops max. Here : we are using 15+ in one henna mix (1 henna cone for me) : : Can someone who knows about EOs re-assure me that it is not too much : and there are no contra-indications please. : : thanks : : Samantha
