All those things sound hindi to me... they should all be available at
a good Indian grocery. Too bad i don't know what any of them are. I
believe "kala" means "black" but i could be mistaken.
Go ask someone at the Indian grocery what they are, and they'll
probably be very happy to tell you.
I know i'd like to know, if nobody else!
