Warning: blatant commercial ploy coming up. Ignore if you hate these
things.

I am heading over to Morocco next month on a buying/research trip.
While I have my usual collection of stuff that is featured on my
websites, I also do special orders. You can take a look at my
website at the link below to get an idea of what I carry and what is
within the realm of the possible. Mainly I collect and sell Tuareg
and Moroccan jewelry (modern pieces as well as collectibles),
Moroccan berber textiles (rugs, blankets, saddle bags, tent panels
etc.) and Moroccan henna (the powder and stencils).

I can fulfill most special orders so please email me if you have any
requests and we can discuss your particular order. Take a look at
Angela Fisher's book "Africa Adorned" (the sections on Tuareg and
Moroccan jewelry, in particular) for an idea of what is possible in
this area.

If you are looking for something outside the scope of what I carry,
contact me anyway since it doesn't hurt me to look for what you want,
and because I am curious to know what people are looking for these
days. In advance, I can tell you that I usually don't import
ceramics, wood or iron (as in henna lamps). These are heavy items
and cost too much to ship (for now). It would probably be cheaper
for you to find a supplier here in the US. Most of the time I don't
require payment up front, especially if I won't know the price until
after I return from Morocco.

I will be leaving February 20th so drop me a line soon so we have
time to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you.

Happy hennaing!
