What they have in common is that they all stem from hennaeing hands as a part of the worship of Anath and the other synchronous battlefield and fertility goddesses! Anath hennaed before battle, the ram sacrifice is related to that also (proxy for the sacrifice of the firstborn) , and the bride, certainly. Proxy for blood, (war, sacrifice and virginal) is very likely. In North Africa henna is regarded as able to repel the djinn who are apt to infest people through their exposed skin (clothing and amulets protect the rest of them....so you henna, veil or tattoo anything exposed during rites of passage, when djinn are apt to attack.
