Test #2

Using 24 hour old henna paste (lemon juice only in the mix), I did a
design on half of the back of my hand and two fingers.

I left it on for 2 hours after lemon/sugaring twice. No wrap.
Removed with vegetable oil. Stain is medium orange on the back of my
hand, darker at knuckles and tips.

Tommorrow night I will finish the design and do an overnight wrap,
also give an update on the developing color.

I do 3 tests like this to see #1 How well the paste stains
immediately after mixing, #2 How well it stains short term time,
because sometimes clients are impatient, #3 How well the paste does
at intervals, because you never know from one batch of powder to the
next when its' optimum staining window is.

Hoping someday I'll find the mother of all henna powders...
